[WHO IS THIS?] Meet Khemra Him

Meet Khemra Him - 10th Batch, Cambodia
We met DTM 10th Batch Khemra Him who has worked at the Federation of Boules and Petanque of Cambodia. Khemra had a chance to know Mr. Vannak who was the 1st Batch of the DTM program. Through his advice and compliment about the DTM program, Khemra got persuasive in the course since he had already been in the sport sector. He expressed his feelings of the gratitude for DTM and emphasized: “DTM is the first exceptional program in the world that has aspired sport-related field students to join without any doubt due to its significant accomplishment for the last ten years.” As he mentioned the word “C’est la vie”, which means “That is life”, He said, “Life always has ups and downs. But let’s live and enjoy every moment as an opportunity and we may need to realize that Life, Love, and Happiness are not stable, but only education is. Personally, my life at DTM seemed as if it was being in my dream even though I had been there.”
Which DTM Extra-curricular Field Trip was your favorite and what are your take-aways from the trip?
My favorite DTM Extra-curricular Field Trip is visiting the World Dance event where I could learn how to attract foreigners to join the program while it helps not only Korean economic status, but also spreading Korean soft power around the world indirectly. Also, it has helped me to gain new forms of knowledge, superb experience, good organization, and the trend of the audiences to join the program in Korea. I felt the sports marketing field is still limited in terms of advertisement and attraction for my country.
Will you introduce us your Korean Language Class?
The class was great! Especially, the reading and listening session was impressive, but I just found it hard to learn since I had many assignments given week by week. I suppose I could have had more time to learn Korean language because I wanted to be able to communicate with my Korean friends in Korean.
