Which DTM Extra-curricular Field Trip was your favorite and what are your take-aways from the trip?
At the World Cup stadium, we watched the football match which was my favorite through Extra-curricular Field Trip. I believe that the field trip expresses the real experience of what we learn in the books, also it is a special opportunity to be familiar with. I consider that trip as a journey in real sports legacy. That trip gave me an idea about the permanent use of sports facilities and linking them with the transportation network. Also, it was a chance to see Korean’s upscale behavior in the stadium before, during and after the event.
How’s the sport industry different from your country?
Jordanian share the same interest in sports as the rest of the world, they also tend to engage in various sports activities despite their limited financial resources. Jordanian engage in many types of sports, especially that plays in outdoor courts and sports which don’t need specific equipment, wherefore it is easy to note that many people playing football in sports fields or even in the streets, on the otherhand, you can see many female and male kids in training centers. Recently, there has been a development in the Jordanian sports movement, especially after achieving the first Olympic medal in RIO 2016 in the sport of Taekwondo. That motivated many young people to join taekwondo training centers, according to a statement from the Jordan taekwondo federation.
